x folders failed

x folders’ processing failed, no items have been processed from these folders

x documents processed

x documents have been processed (archived, versioned or duplicated)

x skipped

x documents have been skipped, they were probably already archived or based on the filtering weren’t even supposed to be processed

x failed

x documents’ processing failed, see log for further information about the error

x version created

x documents’ changed since the last archiving, therefore a new version has been created from them

x duplicates created

x documents have been found in another database and a new entry has been created for them in the current database

x newly archived

x documents have been newly archived

x folders skipped

x folders have been skipped because of filtering
