GDPR Jobs

The job processes all the specified roots/groups that are present on the configuration page (one job can be used only for one configuration page – one job can't process for example both Exchange and Applications). The job crawls all the roots recursively, builds up the structure in the database and immediately indexes the data (Exchange – it indexes attachments as well). The job indexes all the data that are allowed by the filters. After the job has finished its run, the folder structure and the data will be visible in contentACCESS Portal and in the other client-side applications as well. If an item/folder is modified or deleted, at the next run of the job it will be modified or deleted from the database and index as well – this will help to keep your data GDPR compliant, as you can easily search, select and delete the data you have/want to get rid of (for example when a customer unsubsribes or when an employee leaves the company).

All GDPR jobs available for the current tenant are visible on GDPR ⇒ Processing ⇒ Jobs.
