Azure storage
Introduction
Azure storage is a cloud storage solution that also provides the storage foundation for Azure Virtual Machines. It is accessible from anywhere in the world, from any type of application and any type of device, and uses blob store to store its metadata.
Azure storage can be used as a storage repository in contentACCESS. This page describes how Azure storage is configured for this purpose, including the specific configuration required when using a German cloud environment.

German cloud support
If the user is using a German cloud (a dedicated and isolated Microsoft Azure version for Germany), the Azure storage account name must contain the .core.cloudapi.de suffix.
This suffix is displayed in the Azure configuration when the storage is created.
