Email archive job description
All the numbers and descriptions in the job's progress have a particular meaning. In this section, we are going to explain the numbers and descriptions of an Email archive job.

| x emails archived | x emails were archived with the selected shortcut |
| x (y) emails archived | x emails were archived in total, but only (x-y) were archived with the selected shortcut, y emails were archived with keep original shortcut |
| (x folders skipped) | x folders were skipped from the processing because of exclude folder settings |
| (x skipped) | x emails have been skipped because of filtering settings, or the emails were already archived |
| (x failed) | x emails failed to archive (due to permissions or invalid emails) |
