SharePoint recovery job description

Introduction

The SharePoint recovery job restores previously backed-up SharePoint content, including sites, document libraries, lists, folders, and documents. During execution, the job's progress view displays a set of numbers and descriptions that indicate how many items have been processed, skipped, failed, or recovered.

This page explains the meaning of these numbers and descriptions so that administrators can correctly interpret the progress and outcome of a SharePoint recovery job.

The following table lists the descriptions shown in the job's progress and explains what each one means.
