contentACCESS Automated single sign on

Third-party login providers can be set for automatic login. Automated login providers sign in the user into contentACCESS Central Administration (also into contentACCESS Portal and Backup Administration for Microsoft 365) without any further interaction with the selected provider. The following login providers can be automatized: Microsoft 365, Google, Windows and any other third-party authentication providers. Datengut and Forms providers cannot be set to automatic. To automatize one of the above mentioned login providers, select it in the Auto login column on the Login providers page (System tab => Security group => Login providers button).

Additionally, the order of login providers can be configured in the list. The order determines how the configured login providers are displayed on the login page (Providers left as Not set automatically appear at the bottom of list.).
The order can be adjusted at any time by selecting Edit from the context menu (…) of a login provider and setting the desired value in the Provider order field. The "Not set value corresponds to 0. This column is also sortable.

Please note, that only one login provider can be selected at the same time.
To change the user who is logged in with his auto login provider (e.g. Administrator in this use case), open the user menu in the upper right corner and click option “Change user".
