Introduction
Custom jobs in contentACCESS provide a way to connect and manage data residing in an organization's own data management systems, such as Exchange servers, SharePoint sites, or Datengut storages, together with the central archive.
Many organizations need to archive, access, and collaborate on documents stored across different data management systems. Custom jobs address this need by enabling contentACCESS to integrate with these systems and manage the related processes centrally.
Custom jobs allow you to:
- Categorize data into specific SharePoint libraries.
- Replicate storages to protect data.
- Archive, protect, access, and search data across connected systems.
- Connect data management systems to Microsoft Outlook using officeGATE, enabling collaboration directly from the mailbox.
