Removing groups and mailboxes from the Address book
It is possible to remove groups and mailboxes that weren't archived before from the Address book.
Removing a mailbox
To remove a mailbox from the Address book, click on Remove mailbox from its context menu.
The system will warn you that only mailboxes without archived data can be deleted. Click OK.
If everything went successfully, the mailbox got removed from the Address book, otherwise an alert pops up.
Removing a group
To remove a group from the Address book, click on Remove group from its context menu.
This will open a dialog with the list of the group members. You can choose whether only the group will be deleted from the Address book, or also its empty mailboxes. If you chose to delete also the mailboxes, the system will try to remove all mailboxes of the group and if everything can be deleted, the group gets deleted from the Address book as well. Click on Remove.
Important: The subgroups and subgroup members are not deleted.
If at least one of the mailboxes of the group can’t be deleted, the group will remain in the Address book and only empty mailboxes will get deleted. A pop-up window with Group deletion report will appear.
