Organizational forms
Introduction
Organizational forms is a system folder that was included by default in System Folders in earlier versions of Exchange. With changes to public folders in newer Exchange versions, the Organizational Forms folder was removed from the default configuration.
This page explains why the Organizational Forms folder may be missing and provides references for recreating it, depending on your Exchange version. This is relevant when installing contentACCESS Outlook forms, since a missing Organizational Forms folder may cause issues during that process.
Note: The absence of the Organizational Forms folder may cause problems when installing contentACCESS Outlook forms.
Recreate the Organizational Forms folder
The steps required to recreate the Organizational Forms folder and publish a Form with Outlook depend on the Exchange version in use.
Exchange 2010
