File system archive job description
All the numbers and descriptions in the job's progress have a particular meaning. In this section, we are going to explain the numbers and descriptions of a File system archive job.

| x folders processed | x folders and their files have been processed, no furter work on the folders required |
| x folders failed | x folders' processing failed, no items have been processed from these folders |
| x documents processed | x documents have been processed (archived, versioned or duplicated) |
| x skipped | x documents have been skipped, they were probably already archived or based on the filtering weren't even supposed to be processed |
| x failed | x documents' processing failed, see log for further information about the error |
| x version created | x documents' changed since the last archiving, therefore a new version has been created from them |
| x duplicates created | x documents have been found in another database and a new entry has been created for them in the current database |
| x newly archived | x documents have been newly archived |
| x folders skipped | x folders have been skipped because of filtering |
