Connection

Introduction​

The Connection settings in Central Administration allow administrators to configure the service connection settings for contentACCESS, including the contentACCESS URL and the directories used for jobs, job controls, and storage controls.

Configure the Connection settings​

The following settings are available:

  • contentACCESS URL: The URL used to connect to the contentACCESS service.
  • Jobs directory: The directory where jobs are stored.
  • Job controls directory: The directory where job controls are stored.
  • Storage controls directory: The directory where storage controls are stored.

The jobs, job controls, and storage controls directories are set by default, as shown in the screenshot above.

Important: If required, you can change these directories to another location on your computer. However, this is not recommended.
