OneDrive archive Jobs

OneDrive archive only has its archive job, otherwise, it uses the SharePoint archive jobs. The administrator can configure the following jobs from the Archive page:

1. SharePoint recovery – the administrator can recover deleted items from the user's OneDrive account with the SharePoint recovery job. For further information on how to configure the SharePoint recovery job refer to chapter SharePoint recovery job configuration.

2. SharePoint archive retention changer – this job changes the retention time of selected files if it’s allowed to change the retention on storage level. For more information on how to configure the retention changer job refer to chapter SharePoint archive retention changer job configuration. The administrator can change the retention on the items from the OneDrive archive with this job.

3. Delete from archive – This job type deletes data, which have been archived, from the archive. For further information on how to configure the Delete job in SharePoint archive refer to chapter Configuration of Delete job in SharePoint archive.
