OneDrive archive Jobs
Introduction
OneDrive archive does not have its own full set of dedicated jobs. Apart from its own dedicated archive job, all other job types are shared with, and configured through, the SharePoint archive jobs. This page describes the jobs available for OneDrive archive, which the administrator can configure from the Archive page.
Available jobs
- SharePoint recovery: Allows the administrator to recover deleted items from a user's OneDrive account. For further information on how to configure this job, refer to the SharePoint recovery job configuration chapter.
- SharePoint archive retention changer: Changes the retention time of selected files, provided that changing the retention is allowed at storage level. The administrator can use this job to change the retention of items in the OneDrive archive. For more information on how to configure this job, refer to the SharePoint archive retention changer job configuration chapter.
- Delete from archive: Deletes previously archived data from the archive. For further information on how to configure this job, refer to the Configuration of Delete job in SharePoint archive chapter.
