Introduction

Tenants in contentACCESS describes how multi-tenancy is supported in contentACCESS and how a new tenant can be created.

contentACCESS supports multi-tenancy, allowing multiple tenants to be configured and managed on the same server.

Note: If you have a single-tenant license, your default tenant is already created and you can skip the tenant creation process described on this page.

Create a new tenant

To create a new tenant in contentACCESS, contact your contentACCESS administrator or refer to the tenant creation procedure applicable to your deployment.

Note: Tenants cannot be created from the Backup Administration interface. Only tenants already configured on the contentACCESS server are available for selection there.
