Introduction​

contentACCESS MailApp is a contentACCESS feature that allows users to manually archive or restore emails directly in Outlook without using an email archive job.

The documentation covers the supported platforms, the prerequisites and configuration required to enable contentACCESS MailApp, and the features available to end users.

Supported platforms​

contentACCESS MailApp is supported on the following platforms:

  • Desktop: Windows and Macintosh. MS Outlook 2015 or later is required on Macintosh.
  • OWA: Desktop computers, Android and iOS phones, and tablets.
  • Native MS Outlook app: Tablets.

The native Outlook app on mobile phones does not support contentACCESS MailApp.
