What is contentACCESS Portal?

Introduction

contentACCESS Portal is a client application of contentACCESS that allows users to view items processed or archived by contentACCESS in a web browser. Users can access the archive through contentACCESS Portal if they have the required access permissions granted in contentACCESS Central Administration.

contentACCESS Portal is also available on mobile devices, with pages adapted to the device screen and simplified navigation. Its search, item listing, filtering, recovery, and export functions provide convenient access to archived documents.

Access contentACCESS Portal

Users can access contentACCESS Portal using the following URL:

http://[contentACCESS Portal_Server_Name]/contentACCESS Portal/

The only requirement for accessing the archive through contentACCESS Portal is to have the appropriate contentACCESS Portal access permissions. These permissions can be granted in contentACCESS Central Administration.
