Logging into contentACCESS Portal

Introduction​

contentACCESS Portal can be accessed through a supported web browser. Users can log in by entering their credentials or by using a configured third-party authentication provider.

Log in to contentACCESS Portal​

  1. Open a supported web browser and navigate to the contentACCESS Portal URL.

  2. In the central login window, enter your username and password.

  3. Alternatively, select a configured third-party authentication provider to log in.

    Third-party authentication providers must be configured in contentACCESS Central Administration.

  4. After a successful login, the contentACCESS Portal archive interface opens.

Note: The end user must have contentACCESS Portal user permissions to log in to the corresponding archive. These permissions can be granted in contentACCESS Central Administration.
