Software requirements

Introduction​

The following software and platform requirements are needed to install and use contentACCESS Portal. Additional prerequisites are required if you want to browse the Email archive in contentACCESS Portal.

Software requirements​

  • Operating system (64-bit): Windows Server 2012 R2 and higher.
  • Internet Information Services: IIS 7.0 and higher.
  • .NET Framework: 4.8.

Email archive prerequisites​

The following Microsoft Outlook versions are required to browse the Email archive in contentACCESS Portal:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2010 x64
  • Microsoft Outlook 2013 x64
  • Microsoft Outlook 2016 x64
  • Microsoft Outlook 2019 x64

Note: Outlook binaries are required, but the software does not have to be licensed or activated.
