✨ Highlights​

  • Introduces the Email Archive with separate handling of embedded messages and their attachments to support single instancing and reduce storage usage.
  • Extends Email Archive job shortcut configurations to support multi-stage approaches, such as initially archiving with “Keep original” and later replacing older emails with HTML shortcuts.

Email archive​

✓ Both the embedded messages and embedded message attachments are handled separately. This supports single instancing and helps save storage space.

✓ The Email Archive job’s shortcut configurations have been extended. It is now possible to combine the advantages of two shortcuts; for example, in the first stage, the “Keep original” shortcut can be used to archive emails, and in the second stage, older emails can be replaced with HTML shortcuts.
