✨ Highlights​

  • Added BINARY-MIME (chunking) support to the contentACCESS SMTP server to improve email transmission efficiency.
  • Introduced the option to remove remote file archive agents from Central Administration.
  • Improved stability of email archiving and provisioning, including better handling of missing Internet Message IDs and more reliable group membership management.
  • Enhanced hybrid M365 Exchange testing with a dedicated “Email address to test” field to reduce mailbox association errors.

Email archive​

  • NEW BINARY-MIME (chunking) support introduced in contentACCESS SMTP server, enhancing message transmission efficiency.
  • IMPROVEMENT Resolved issue where emails without “internet message id” failed to be received in the SMTP server.
  • IMPROVEMENT Provisioning job logic adjusted to prevent random removal or addition of group members in the Email archive.
  • IMPROVEMENT Added “Email address to test” field for M365 Exchange in hybrid configurations to avoid errors during mailbox association testing.

File archive​

  • NEW Option to remove remote file archive agents added in Central Administration.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed improper disposal of impersonation context causing Azure File Share test connection errors.
  • IMPROVEMENT Corrected URL handling for OneDrive backup to resolve root folder access issues.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed syntax error for GDPR File System configuration when saving the file system location in PostgreSQL.

SharePoint archive​

  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed issue with opening HTML shortcuts for PDF files in SharePoint document libraries.

Teams archive​

  • IMPROVEMENT Resolved Teams backup issue related to deleted Teams with an invalid object identifier ‘sites’.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed NOT search functionality in the Teams archive to ensure consistent behavior across all archive models.

Common​

  • IMPROVEMENT Using the default port for SQL and PostgreSQL if it is not overwritten by another value.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed indexing failure in SharePoint and Teams backups caused by NULL values in the ACL column.
  • IMPROVEMENT Resolved connectivity issue with Virtual Drive in specific environments.
  • IMPROVEMENT Resolved installation error caused by missing ‘Microsoft.Web.Administration.SslFlags’ during IIS module initialization.
  • IMPROVEMENT Search, Backup, and VirtualDrive configurations for inPoint are now hidden in Central Administration and the Installer.
