  • Make email, SharePoint, and Teams archiving and recovery more reliable with improved mailbox processing, indexing, and store relocation.

Email archive​

  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that caused MS Graph recovery jobs to fail for mailboxes with an archive mailbox.
  • IMPROVEMENT Resolved an MS Graph error that prevented archiving for some mailboxes: “Failed to read mailbox, different mailbox is opened.”
  • IMPROVEMENT MailApp now displays the active email when using MS Graph.
  • IMPROVEMENT Hybrid configurations now process group mailboxes.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that prevented recovery of some shortcuts with MS Graph because the archived email belonged to a different mailbox.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed a SqlDateTime overflow error that prevented MS Graph from shortcutting some emails.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that left user roles assigned after a mailbox was deleted from the address book.
  • IMPROVEMENT Added an option to check for duplicate items during migration.

SharePoint archive​

  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed connection failures to child subsites.
  • IMPROVEMENT Document libraries can now be recovered to a specified location.

Teams archive​

  • IMPROVEMENT Improved performance when recovering or restoring items.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an indexing error affecting some documents: “missing FROM-clause entry for table.”
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that prevented recovery of existing list items from Teams-related SharePoint sites.
  • IMPROVEMENT List items can now be recovered even if their list no longer exists.

File archive​

  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that prevented the LocalSystem account from opening shortcuts.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that caused the Remote File Agent to create incorrect versions when using PostgreSQL.

Common​

  • IMPROVEMENT Document Preview now displays the correct branded logo in case of a branded product.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that stopped System Insights from synchronizing data when its temporary file became corrupted.
  • IMPROVEMENT SMTP temporary data is now cleaned up completely.
  • IMPROVEMENT Document Preview now links to the new Documentation Center.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed store relocation failures that occurred when the original store root folder or share was inaccessible.
  • IMPROVEMENT Fixed an issue that created duplicate index entries when files were moved to different folders.
